We have a fastly growing inventory of Florida condo and single family rentals. In effort to get rentals occupied as quickly as possible we are offering incentives for referring tenants with a 12 month lease.

We generally send out a "Currently Available Rentals" newsletter to brokers and agents twice monthly.

In addition to our standard 1/2m referral commissions we are offering a $500 bonus for every 5th occupancy.
