The Report's author and Company founder, Charles J. Stuart, CPM, is a Certified Property Manager of the world-renowned Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Mr. Stuart has over thirty-three years of significant real estate and construction related industry experience. He is an author and sought-out speaker in the field of capital planning and replacement reserves for the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Further industry accomplishments include his position as a senior course instructor for IREM, and contributing editor for the R.S. Means Company, a world-wide construction consulting and estimating company.
Mr. Stuart's initial New England office opened in January of 1983. In the spring of 1993, he opened our Cape Canaveral regional office to serve North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. In 1996, his Virginia Beach branch opened to serve the mid-Atlantic region.
Most recently Mr. Stuart opened our second Florida Branch office in the Tampa Bay area to better serve all of Florida and the Eastern Seaboard. The Tampa office is headed by E. Lee Reid who holds a University of Memphis MBA, a Florida unlimited Class "A" General Contractors license, Florida real estate brokers license, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. Mr. Reid has twenty-five years experience in real estate development, property management, and property association matters.
An integral part of the staff includes architects and engineers from diverse backgrounds enabling us to successfully consult on a wide-range of property conditions.
The professional staff also services the client with project management, project specification and grant proposals, detailed invasive condition analysis, and expert testimony.
Additionally, our staff includes experienced personnel that conduct measurements and inventory of the physical plants, and an administrative team that is experienced with AutoCad and architectural costs software systems.
